For more than 30 years we have proudly been serving the Caribbean with competitive Property and Casualty insurance products and are currently enjoying a rating of "B++ GOOD" by AM Best. GIC is a member of Lockhart Companies, Inc., parent company established in the 1800's and largest real estate owner in the USVI. Managed by the same Top Management, the geographical reach of the insurance arm of Lockhart extends to the British Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos, and USA (with offices in Chicago, Ill) through our sister insurance companies: Heritage Insurance Company and Echelon Property and Casualty.
